Originally from San Diego and now based in Brooklyn, Anaïs has a rich musical background. She started performing at a young age and spent much of her twenties singing in jazz clubs. This experience helped her develop a distinctive voice that blends jazz, pop, and indie influences.


Directed by Grace Pomilla, the music video for "Growing Pains" was filmed at Purgatory in Bushwick, featuring Anaïs’ full band and a close circle of friends. The video intersperses on-stage performance shots with childhood home videos, emphasizing the theme of chosen family and shared history.


The visuals convey a nostalgic, slightly melancholic tone, reflecting the bittersweet nature of growing up and evolving relationships. The setting and imagery create a dreamy mood that invites viewers to reflect on their own friendships and the passage of time.
